Valentine’s Day Voucher Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

    1. Promoter

    The promoter of this campaign is Zen Holistic Health, operating at Zen Holistic – Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, located at Shop 12A (Opposite ANZ), Shop 21/125 High Street, Cranbourne VIC 3977 (“Zen Cranbourne”).

    2. Campaign Period

    The Valentine’s Day Voucher Giveaway runs from 9 February 2026 to 22 February 2026 (inclusive) (“Campaign Period”), unless withdrawn earlier at the Promoter’s discretion.

    3. Participating Location

    This promotion is valid exclusively at Zen Holistic – Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre at the address stated in clause 1.

    The promotion does not apply to any other Zen Holistic Health locations.

    4. Eligibility

    This promotion is open to couples who attend the participating Zen Cranbourne store during the Campaign Period and meet the entry requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

    5. How to Participate

    To be eligible to receive the voucher:

    • Both individuals must attend the participating Zen Cranbourne store in person during the Campaign Period; and
    • Each individual must sign up separately as a Zen member in store.
    • No massage or treatment booking is required, provided the above requirements are met.

    6. Voucher Offer

    • Eligible participants will receive one (1) $20 voucher per couple.
    • Only one voucher may be issued per eligible couple during the Campaign Period.

    7. Voucher Conditions

    • The $20 voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Zen offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
    • The voucher is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
    • Any additional voucher-specific conditions advised at the time of issue apply.

    8. General

    • Zen reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse issuing a voucher where the eligibility requirements are not met.
    • Zen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
    • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
